The building itself is secure and quiet and even though the elevator is a bit of a walk, it's easy to get my steps in. Love the variety of ages and stages, languages and pets who reside here. The location on Harriet Island couldn’t be better—three beautiful regional parks are right outside the door, all connected by scenic bike trails. I love being able to bike next to the Mississippi for miles, then hop on a Lime scooter to the Farmers Market or walk to Lowertown to enjoy all the restaurants, music on Mears Park and CHS Field. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding property management. Helen Tran goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly—she’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents’ experience. Esox House is the perfect blend of convenience, community, and nature. Highly recommend!"
